Lindum Bujutsu is a modern system of martial arts. Originally created as a family system, it is based
on Karate, but incorporates other styles such as, Aiki, Judo, Kobudo and Kempo. All are welcome
from around the age of 10 upwards. Lindum Bujutsu is taught as a self defence system and as
such does not actively encourage competition.

We meet up once a month to discuss vegetarian matters and to plan meals out.

Boxfit is a NON CONTACT exercise class based on the principles of martial arts. We run a class in Immingham Sports Centre every Tuesday evening from 6pm - 7pm. Boxfit is for any young people aged between 8 -16 and costs £2.50 per session. All need is a bottle of water and some suitable clothing (loose fitting and comfortable. Boxfit is a fun, social, physical experience, join us on a Tuesday and improve your fitness!

Playgroup monday mornings 10.30 till 12 at wootton village hall.
admission £1.50 per family inc. drinks for kids and adults and a fresh fruit snack.

Held at Bonby Village Hall, Main St, Bonby on Tuesday's from 10am until 11.30am (except the last Tuesday of every month)
