This stone edifice, banished to the edge of Bramley St Peter's graveyard, is all that remains of the spire of St Margaret's church. The predecessor to St Peter's was demolished in 1861 and this four column structure supported the spire, which was much taller than now. Lower Town Street runs behind the railings at a much lower level.

Looking across Hough Lane towards Bramley St Peters. St Peters was built in 1861 after the earlier St Margarets was demolished. The current church was itself rebuilt in the 1980s and now also provides useful community facilities. http://www.bramleyparish.org.uk/

Looking across Upper Town Street to Hayley's Yard. Hayley's Yard is one of the older parts of Bramley and was recorded on the census at least as far back as 1851. At that date twelve families were living there and there were also two empty houses.

Originally built in 1878 as the Salem Baptist Tabernacle, this building on Westover Road, Bramley is now home to the Church of the Nazarene.
