<br/>This is the eastern end of Bradley where it runs into Leeds Road. Leeds Road continues leftwards towards Cooper Bridge and rightwards (obscured) towards the centre of Huddersfield. At this point Bridge Road leads off from the far side of Leeds Road going down to Colnebridge/

Dist:0.1km north<br/>All craft emerging from the Huddersfield Broad Canal at Junction Lock No 1, must turn left as this is on the weir stream. Go through the bridge shown above and in about 150 years steer hard right into the Calder Navigation lock cut, whose western end is guarded by a pair of floodgates which are normally kept open.
