Dist:0.2km<br/>This old oak in the northern corner of Warndon has just missed being felled to allow the road to go through here. This old piece of woodland has been cut by both the motorway and the ring road , it is marked on the OS maps right back to 1828.

The huge and growing business park to the north is characterised by these vast "sheds" (warehouses) as they call them. Just visible beyond them is Hindlip Hall the police headquarters.

Dist:0.4km<br/>Warndon church is dedicated to St Nicholas and used to be surrounded by countryside but now the urban spread of Worcester has reached it with the building of the Warndon Villages estate in the last fifteen years or so. The north and south doorways have Norman arches and as can be seen the tower is half-timbered.
