Dist:0.3km<br/>Walking Offa's Dyke Path you become aware of the differences and distinctions between old counties and regions, and between Wales and England. Here its easy to spot that you're in western Herefordshire; huge intensively farmed and well tended fields, knolly forested hills, an air of prosperity in the often grand scale of the farms and an agri-business feel to the land use.

Dist:0.6km<br/>From the Offa's Dyke Path looking south-west across the Walton Basin. Another view spoilt by such equipment. If they had to have one here, why not put a 'false tree' in the woodland just the other side of the lane. In the future, this view could get even worse if planning permission goes ahead for wind turbines on the hills south of New Radnor in the distance.
