Dist:0.4km<br/>It is surprising to find a derelict house in this popular commuter belt area for the West Midlands. The close proximity to the noise of the M40/M42 motorway junction and the "quaint" address - Cut Throat Lane - may have something to do with it! Never the less, planning permission notices were on display so it will probably not be like this for long.

Dist:0.5km<br/>These foxgloves were growing in the bit of land between the lanes of the M40 and M42 where they join at Junction 3a. I had plenty of time to take this shot out of my car window as I'd been stationary for about five minutes trying to join the northbound M42 from the M40.
