Housing is already being built on the site of another car dealership at the south end of High Cross. Presumably EuroCommercials awaits a similar fate.

The new A10 (High Cross Bypass) is visible passing just in front of the wood and across a culvert in the left middle distance. The stream passing through the culvert becomes the Barwick Tributary of the River Rib.
