Dist:0.3km north<br/>A house of the early 17C, with later alterations. It is dated 1606 in the apex of the gable of the west wing. The street name-plate on the wall suggests that it was divided into multiple occupation by the late 19C. The building work is perhaps a barn conversion.

Dist:0.3km north<br/>This building was built by the Shaw family for the 'well being of the community'. The Shaw family owned the mills in Holywell Green; the family built most of the houses in Holywell Green, along with the park that is there. The date is '83, presumably short for 1883.
