Tai Chi (also spelt Taiji or Tai Chi Chuan) is an ancient, tried and tested system of exercise with a basis in the martial arts. It is famous for developing relaxation, reducing stress, and balancing body and mind. It improves core strength, flexibility, energy levels and overall health and fitness.
Established in 1990 the Mei Quan Academy of Tai Chi provides Tai Chi, Qi Gong, martial art and meditation in over 20 venues across London, 7 days a week. We teach all aspects of traditional Yang style tai chi in a friendly and welcoming environment.

At the drum and monkey pub,86 junction road,Archway pastyface is holding a new open mic,acoustic performance night.Anyone is welcome and we have an open mic session from 7.30 to nine.The nights begin on the 16th of October at seven and are then fortnightly.Hope to see you all there!There is a three pound door charge for non performers to cover costs.

Wednesdays: 7.00pm - 8.15 pm ( must confirm your attendance in advance)

All sessions take place at Bounds Green Primary School (virtually opposite Bounds Green Station). Please use the Park Road entrance.
