Dist:0.6km west<br/>Cobham Tilt is on the east side of Cobham, and has the appearance of a traditional green at the side of Tilt Road. However, the road is private, and the green was one of a handful exempted from registration under the Commons Registration Act 1965. Korea Cottages, to the left, were built as part of the Cobham Park Estate.

Dist:0.7km north<br/>Ash bridge carries River Lane, a public bridleway (Esher 82), over the River Mole at Stoke d'Abernon. Until the 1990s, there was only a ford here, and the path could be followed only by horseriders or the more intrepid walkers.

Dist:0.7km south<br/>Seen at Stoke D'Abernon Station car-park on a very wet afternoon, on the occasion of a commemorative Country Bus Running Day, these three Routemaster Coaches await their next turn of duty. From L - R they are RMC 1469, RMC 1461 & RMC 1476. All originally built in 1962.

Dist:1.0km west<br/>Part of The Tilt conservation area. Historically, the area was used for May Day celebrations, until stopped in 1902 due to complaints from the locals. Apparently the annual influx of gypsies and showmen proved too great an annoyance to the nearby residents. Cricket matches and horse racing also took place here in the past.
