People actually ride this rollercoaster for fun !! It towers over everything for miles apart from Blackpool tower itself. This is the initial drop at the very south end of the park.

This beautiful art-deco building is not a gambling den as the name implies but home of "The White Tower" restaurant http://www.blackpoolpleasurebeach.com/pressdetail.php?id=1049 and other catering franchises. In the foreground the Starr Gate:::Fleetwood tramway wends its way through the cable stanchions.
