Dist:0.3km<br/>Ramsons is a bulbous perennial. Between April and June the flowers appear. They are white and star-like in a broad umbel on a leafless stalk and are normally self-pollinated. All parts of the plant are edible and can be eaten raw or cooked. Ramsons also has great health giving properties and is said to be more potent than cultivated garlic.

The arrowhead points to a horizontal line above it which marks the exact altitude. With rivets and pivots there is no datum (horizontal line) cut, the pointed-to horizontal surface defining the datum height.
