It was residential as it has a chimney, substantial fireplace and evidence of insulation similar to thatch under its corrugated tin roof. A cynic may say that they have consumed too many property and gardening programmes and will be enslaving themselves in their retirement in the same way they were enslaved while employed. I can't comment as I have no idea...
