Aikido Shoshinkan is a well established
martial arts school dedicated to the practice and instruction of Yoshinkan Aikido.
A traditional and dynamic Japanese martial art, Aikido focuses on defence rather than attack and works through the application of technique instead of strength and can therefore be practised by anyone regardless of age or size. An effective method of self defence, it is also required practice for the Special branch of the Tokyo Riot Police.
Aikido is also a great way to stay fit, build confidence and make new friends.
Everyone is welcome regardless of experience.

If you love baking, eating cake and chatting then this club is for you. Meetings are held at secret locations around Leicester including Clarendon Park, Westend and Stoneygate.
