Dist:0.5km<br/>A rather scary array of signs await the visitor to the business park and most of them are uninviting. There is even an instruction along the barrier arm to 'Please use the intercom by barrier', which would be upside down when the barrier is in the horizontal position. The CCTV camera is on the lamppost just inside. A crumb of comfort is that in the background under the trees next to the 20mph speed limit is a warning sign to beware of the toads.
