Dist:0.4km<br/>The church is dedicated to St Peter. As is common with many churches dating from medieval times Pipe-cum-Lyde church was restored by the Victorians, much of the nave of this church was rebuilt in 1874 by Kempson, the spire was also added at this time.

Dist:0.5km<br/>Stands right beside the busy A49. The church is a mixture of architectural styles and periods, the earliest being the nave. The chancel was added in the late 13th century. Restoration took place in the Victorian era which is when the spire was added to the tower.
