It is famous for developing relaxation, reducing stress, and balancing body and mind. It improves core strength, flexibility, energy levels and overall health and fitness.

Established in 1990 the Mei Quan Academy of Tai Chi provides Tai Chi, Qi Gong, martial art and meditation in over 20 venues across London, 7 days a week. We teach all aspects of traditional Yang style tai chi in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Your child will experiment with a variety of materials and mediums whilst learning about the Great Masters of Art using their influences and techniques. It’s a great way for your children to further their skills, relax, have fun and learn at the same time.

Your child will go on a journey of exploration with line, tone, shape, space, colour, perspective and form, introducing them to techniques. They will gain a good understanding of the Great Masters of art and apply the artist’s influences in their own work using a variety of materials, for example; charcoal, chalk/ oil pastel, oil/ acrylic/ water colour paint ,collage, inks etc. You get to take your item home at the end of the day.

All materials, aprons, snacks and drinks are provided.
Your child’s work would be the ideal gift for a family member or friend or simply for themselves.

Fineart4kids are CRB checked, insured and first aid.

Brand new to yoga or fancy a refresher? Explore the key principles and postures of yoga in a fun and friendly environment. All abilities welcome - men and women! Some mats will be provided, but please bring your own if you have one, or buy one on the night for just £10.

LinksArts Kickboxing & Fitness offer kickboxing, personal training, martial arts, fitness training & core stability training as part of each session. We cater for beginners, intermediates & advanced students, classes are structured and are taught from the carefully designed curriculum. Students have reported burning up to 1000 calories per LinkArts training session.

Classes are taught by instructors with over 30 years experience in martial arts, we cater for people who want to learn how to punch and kick correctly and by doing this you will minimise the risk of injury. Grading is optional, but if you would like to chart your success and learn a life saving skill, self defence, self empowerment, self- motivation, get all the fitness components etc then why not give us a call or email us.

The price is £6.50 per session, £48 per calendar month for twice weekly or £24 for once weekly.

A relaxed and informal group of crafters. We meet alternate Tuesday evenings in Hoxton. Bring your own project or come and learn a new skill. We have a resident knitting teacher and welcome experienced or novice knitters, crochet-ers, quilters and any other crafts. We can even supply some craft materials if needed.
