Three Cliff Bay is on the Gower near Swansea in South Wales and is an area of outstanding natural beauty. This was taken from the A4118 roadside.

Dist:0.4km<br/>This close-up shows the strata of the rock formation of this distinctive feature of the bay. According to our 'pet geography undergraduate' they are composed of jointed carboniferous limestone! If I had taken the photo from further to my left, you would have been able to see the cave which goes straight through to the other side.
