They are often in non purpose built accommodation and the congregation is usually of African origin. Church-going seems much more widespread here than in many other parts of the UK.

Dist:0.4km north<br/>Despite the bucolic name, the 'meadows' is in fact a narrow strip of greenery between two industrial areas. This is the northern end, viewed from the footbridge over Surrey Canal Road. It may be lost in a few years time as there are plans to put a railway through here.
