Dist:0.4km<br/>On the road here, close to Capel Nebo, must have been a small cottage with a garden, marked on the historic version of the map but now literally falling by the wayside and also disappeared from view. A few crumbling walls, some old-fashioned medicine bottles and a host of daffodil shoots are all that remains of human habitation now.

Capel Nebo stands on a crossroads a little way to the east of Efailwen, very possibly because someone donated a parcel of land for the construction of a chapel to serve the needs of the nonconformists of the locality. The village does not have its own church.

Dist:0.6km<br/>The original Independent chapel was built in 1830, this rebuilding dated is 1860, according to the plaque above the door. A four-square structure, stuccoed on three sides with the back wall slate-hung. The graveyard is large and well-occupied.
