Dist:0.5km<br/>This stands on the opposite side of Main Street to the former farmyard. This is the rear view from the Park. A typical Nottinghamshire farmhouse of the 18th century. Listed grade II.

Dist:0.5km<br/>The former is a fairly typical double front cottage of the 19th century. The nearer Lilac Cottage is clearly much altered. There is evidence from the gable end that the roof has bee raised by a few feet, doubtless to create the upper storey.

Dist:0.5km<br/>Built in 1874 and close in 1983 because it no longer met appropriate standards for a local authority school, it has found further life as the Kindergarten and Pre-Prep department of a local Preparatory School.

Dist:0.5km<br/>The main business today is clearly in timber, rather than metalwork, but the feel of a village workshops is retained. The petrol pump has the accolade of being Listed grade II, as is the brick forge building behind it.

Dist:0.5km<br/>An interesting pair of cottage houses, complete with false windows. It is unlikely that these are old enough to be for Window Tax avoidance, or that an existing window was bricked up. It's also interesting to note how the appearance of the pair is changed by the choice of window frames.
