These have recently been converted, not into upmarket residential, but into a variety of accommodation for small businesses. Among the organisations on the site are (in the Hen House): Engcon; Green Villa Developments (Midlands) Ltd; Moog; Henley Research; Magenta; and ICDP. Elsewhere on the site are Rosemary Court; Hitchcock's; Talbot Construction and a private house, Rosemary Cottage. Across the road there is further diversification: Log Home Farm organic farm shop; logs for sale; LPG autogas for sale; and a Camping and Caravanning Club certificated site.
