This quiet lane which runs between Ham and Aggs hills can become quite busy at "rush" hour as it is used as a short cut by locals avoiding the eastern side of Cheltenham.

Situated in the North East corner of the square this large house is only visible from the footpath descending Ham Hill north (unless you walk up their long private drive). The Severn Vale and Malvern Hills are visible behind the house.
