Taught by our fully qualifed CTA teacher, we take you through some beginners moves in the 40 minute class. We then host a practice session (at the same time as the intermediate class) so you can really get to grips with the moves. The night then really kicks in when the lights go down, the DJ turns the music up and everybody dances with everyone else you'll have met.

We guarantee by the end of the class you'll be dancing a short routine through to music. Really!

Traditional Chen Style Tai Chi. Beginners and Intermediate classes covering Chi Gung, Silk Reeling, Short form (18-movement) and Traditional Long form (Lao jia yi lu, 74-movement). Other forms covered subsequently including Canon fist, Competition form, Sword and Sabre forms. Push hands, Applications and Meditation also incorporated into classes from time to time.

A small freindly group who meet on a monthly basis. The aim is to offer encouragement and support to each other. We share details of competitions and writing markets. New writers are very welcome.

We are a small group who meet on the first Tuesday of each month in the Cecil Memorial Hall at 7.30pm. We have guest speakers who talk to us on the history in and around Cranborne.

We are a friendly club with bar facilily playing in the Portsmouth and Distict Leagues winning the Div 2 title in 2008 to add to our list of Honours over the years new members are always welcome young and old if you are over 15 years of age this sport is for you anyone can play we do have a club coach and their are always other members within the club willing to help out we also have afternoon leagues and friendlies at the weekends you will have to pay a membership fee of £50 which is the cheapest in the area, we also play competitions, within the club so if you are bored with the television why don;t you come and join us.
