Dist:0.5km<br/>This much eroded old milestone stands by the junction of the A658 and Wescoe Hill Lane leading to the village of Weeton. On this face it says: "The Road to Bradford, ? miles" and is dated 1743. On another side it reads:" The Road to Otley ? Miles" and "The Road to Knaresborough 8 Miles."

Dist:0.6km<br/>Apparently this is inscribed '1767, K F', although all that can be seen now is a possible '7'. It marks the boundary of Knaresborough Forest. The boundary is marked on the 1850 6” map with the comment 'Perambulated in 1767'.
