Popular bakery & coffee shop ‘Truffles’ Shoreham are set to have a thorough makeover aimed at improving the comfort level and quality of the tea room. Owners Peter & Jane Tompsett who operate 10 Truffles outlets from the bakery in Small Dole hope that their existing customers will approve of the ‘softer’ look and welcome some of the tasty new products that will be launched at the same time including their new Sussex Slice savoury, their delicious fresh fruit scrumpet and their new range of delicious paninis.
Peter is particularly proud of the Sussex Slice; “we wanted to create a local delicacy using local produce, that offers a great, local alternative to the traditional Cornish Pasty”.
The new look shop will be completed and ready for its grand re-opening on Saturday 3rd May where samples of the new products will be available for tasting.
The new look will be gradually rolled out to Truffles other nine shops & cafes in Horsham, Henfield, Lancing, Steyning, Burgess Hill, Billingshurst, Hurstpierpoint, Hove and Storrington.

We have an extensive range of Cretan Terracotta carefully selected from one of the finest potteries on the island of Crete. Our range is based on Minoan Pottery and is handmade using traditional methods handed down through generations. The terracotta is fired using dried olive stones to a temperature of 1050°C giving them a beautiful natural colour, and the best frost resistant properties ensuring lasting pleasure.

Inside Out's range of Italian reconstituted marble has been selected based on traditional Italian art, influenced by the masterworks of antiquity and on display in our garden gallery.

Inside Out has an established and impressive show garden in the beautiful Sussex countryside where an extensive stock is available for immediate purchase. All of our customers are welcome to visit having easy access from the motorway system and A21.
