Dist:0.1km<br/>Shrewsbury Crewe Bank Signal Box, switched out, all main line signals cleared. An ARP design built by the GWR during world war two. From what I gather this box is only manned when certain local movements are required. I also understand that Network Rail have permission to abolish and demolish so it certainly seems to be living on borrowed time.

Dist:0.3km<br/>An early 19C building of whitewashed brick with a Welsh slate roof. There is an extensive range of outbuildings at the right end, looking somewhat agricultural. The pub was built at the side of the former Shrewsbury Canal.
