Milber Homepage


Penn Inn is a major roundabout on the main Exeter to Torquay road. This is where the Torquay road becomes a slow one lane road through Kingskerswell. Penn Inn is also a well used junction for Newton Abbot.

Dist:0.4km<br/>A gentle ramp for wheelchairs, and anyone who'd rather avoid the steps, that leads up from the Sainsbury's car park to the pavement alongside Torquay Road just south of Penn Inn roundabout.

Dist:0.4km<br/>A road on the Newtake estate, which provide a quick link between Shaldon Road and St Marychurch Road, making it rather busy during rush hours. On the far side of St Marychurch Road (which runs down a small valley) is Penn Inn Plantation, separating it from the Milber estate.
