Ta Chi Qigong
There are currently Tai Chi Qigong classes here at Dartington. Qigong classes take place in the ‘Space’ building at Dartington every Thursday from 11am – 12.15 pm and cost just £6 a session. Part of Dartington’s Abundant Life project, classes are run by Tai Chi Nation’s Matthew Rochford.
Our Qigong class is open to anyone in the local community and caters from beginners upwards. Tai Chi is a great way of cultivating good health and can help to relieve stress that everyday life may bring about.

Your only baton twirling team based in the South Hams - baton twirling is the sport of twirling, manoevering and tossing of a baton whilst performing dance and gymnastic routines. Great for all ages from 4 upwardS. COME ALONG TO KINGSBRIDGE QUAYSIDE SPORTS CENTRE ON TUESDAYS AT 6PM OR CONTACT ME.

The only all Ladies running group in Crediton. We welcome Ladies of any age and ability to come and join us for social runs in the beautiful Mid Devon countryside and around the town.
