Dist:0.5km<br/>On the circular footpath from and to Wroxall, most of which is on a horseshoe of downland. The horses, however, appeared to be shoeless! In the distance on the right can be seen two of the disused circular coastal radar buildings.

The house is at the bottom of a steep lane, which climbs up towards the Ventnor to Shanklin road that winds its way around the head of the chine just below the tree line. Behind us the chine gets narrower and steeper as it drops quickly to the sea.
