Here the footpath crosses the access road. The sign requests walkers to use the diverted footpath to reach the church and the Rollright Stones.

Dist:0.6km<br/>In the village of Little Rollright, a great deal of re-arranging of roads and footpaths has taken place, essentially keeping walkers and traffic away from the village centre. Here the footpath re-crosses the access road and heads towards the Rollright Stones. Although neatly done, the planting of Hawthorn bushes on either side of the path will cause future difficulties unless they are very regularly trimmed.

Dist:0.6km<br/>Dedicated to St Philip, Little Rollright church is in a very small village about a mile from the Rollright Stones. The small church is worth visiting just to see the tombs to the Dixon family, they are both in excellent condition http://www.completely-cotswold.com/litroll/info/info.htm. The church has no electricity and uses candles for lighting.
