Dist:0.7km<br/>There is a short footpath linking Jenkins Lane to Gilbert's Hill in St Leonards which reduces the walking distance between these two points from about 300m down to 80m. Here it is seen just after [[[1185730]]] as it hugs the left hand boundary of this open space between Dundridge Cottage to the right and Old Cottage off to the left.

Dist:0.7km<br/>This is a continuation a few yards further on of the footpath seen in [[[1185640]]]. As can be seen there is a stile let into the wall and this leads into a quite open space (see [[[1185738]]]). The yellow arrow on the wall indicates that the footpath keeps hard along the lefthand boundary of this open area.
