Dist:0.4km<br/>Dedicated to St John the Baptist, St Lawrence and St Anne, this church was built at the behest of Walter Cook, a wealthy native of Knowle, and consecrated on 24th February 1403. It was built to save the 3 mile journey to the Parish Church at Hampton in Arden, a trip which was difficult on foot and made dangerous in the winter by having to cross the frequently swollen River Blythe.

Dist:0.4km<br/>The timber framed Guild House was built in 1413 to house the Guild of St Anne, founded by Walter Cooke who was also responsible for the construction of the church. The Guild House passed into private hands following the dissolution in 1547 however in 1911 it was purchased by George Jackson who then donated it to the church anonymously. It was only after his death that his generosity was discovered.
