Taken early Jan 2006 I then photographed this tree from the same position and at the same time each month for a project "A Year in the Life of a Tree" Just minutes after I took this photo the scene was obliterated by another snowstorm.

Dist:0.1km<br/>The church of St Margaret dates from the early 12th to 14th century. It was restored in 1862. After becoming redundant in December 1999 it was put up for sale and is now in private hands. The owner kindly opened the building for public viewing, on 11th September 2010.
