Dist:0.1km<br/>This very pleasant metalled path leads south and then west alongside the beck, here known as Eastburn Beck but further west as Holme Beck, from Eastburn Bridge almost to Glusburn. Eastburn Beck here forms the boundary between the new administrative counties ('keg' counties) of North and West Yorkshire, but to those of us who prefer 'real' Counties, it's all the West Riding!

Dist:0.2km<br/>The road here used to be the A650 Bradford to Skipton trunk, but about twenty years ago, a new dual-carriageway bypassed this part, and it is now reduced to the status of a B road.

Dist:0.2km<br/>In the foreground is the B6265, the old turnpike, travelling over the Holme Beck towards its junction with A629(T), the new arterial road. A train is using the railway line that runs between Leeds and Skipton, and in the distance, to the right of Kildwick church barges can be seen on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal.
