Back to Netball

 (13 miles away)

Thinking about getting back into Netball? Or want to try it for the first time?
If you are looking for a new, fun activity? Look no further … Back to Netball provides a gentle introduction to the sport for female players over sixteen years of age. Sessions are coach led and cover basic skill development and court play.

Our main aim is to get women active and to increase the number of women participating in Netball as well as enjoying the social aspects of being part of a team. Whether it is about rediscovering sporting abilities you forgot you had or about getting active, these sessions cater for all abilities. Don't worry, pleated skirts and gym knickers are not the required uniform - gym kit will be just fine!

We ran our first Back to Netball session last year, and they were incredibly popular with participants ranging from 16 year olds who haven't played netball for a couple of years, to more mature ladies who had not played for 20 years or more!

Interested singers should ideally be able to read music and sing to a reasonable standard. Voice tests may be required. Either telephone for an appointment of just come along to a rehearsal which are held every Monday and Thursday from 4.15 until 5.30 p.m. at the Beauchamp Community. Alternatively just come along to the 11 a.m. Sung Eucharist any Sunday morning and introduce yourself to the Organist and Choirmaster or any member of the choir.
