News, views and discussions about the Hillingdon area. http://www.localmouth.com/go/hillingdon.rss I have been thinking of writing a synopsis of mine and my families life living in Higher Denham from the 40's thru to the 60's when I emigrated to Australia. things like the disapearance of the footpaths leading from the estate to Tatling End and some of the characters responsible for the formation of the HDA (Higher Denham Association),the building of the hall extension, the first licensed bar etc. Would this make interesting reading to the community.
