I have just become a member of Energie Personal Fitness which is located on Mackennal street. I think they only opened a few weeks ago as they are where the old circle club used to be. I am really impressed with the trainers and the service I have received so far. I have had personal trainers in the past but these guys really care about my goals and give me a great workout. I would highly recommend them. Herman F Phillips was a commercial traveller and an ARP warden in 1942 when he died at 176 Lordship lane at Charles and Lilian Lefevre home, if anyone has any information about either families, would be lovely.
