Dist:0.9km east<br/>This church in Romanesque style on Bute Avenue was built in 1908 to the designs of J Kelly. It is Grade 2 listed. Regular services ceased by 1962, though it continued to be used for weddings until 1981. All church use ceased by 1986. It was sold around 1996 for conversion to a single dwelling (All Saints House).

Dist:0.9km north<br/>This was a raft on the Thames on which a somewhat eccentric homeless man lived. He could often be seen cycling around collecting junk on a small trailer. He was quite harmless, and there was a protest from locals when the Council tried to evict him. Can anyone provide any more details on this, and tell us what happened to him?
