TONING CLASS- I LOVVVE this half an hour blast full body toning class and so will you! ( using mats and weights provided ) its a challenging class that will really tone up those arms, legs, bums and tums. Its a great appertiser before the Zumba and gets the metabolism up and running for the cardio class following.
ZUMBA-Zumba is a truely amazing way to lose weight and feel great!!!! You will dance those extra pounds off whilst having great fun, learning to Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaton, Samba, and sooo many more! I also love to chuck a few of my fav chart tunes from the likes of Rhianna, J-LO, Shakira ect and even a little Bob Marley!!! So what you waiting for?
