Weight Loss Challenge
We run a 12 week challenge to help people lose weight. We discuss nutrition, water intake, appropriate exercise. We have a weekly weigh-in and measurements taken in a private room away from the rest of the class. That way if you don't want to share your results then u don't have too. The person that loses the most weight (based on body percentage) wins £300, 2nd prize £200 and 3rd prize £100. There is also a prize for the person that loses the most centimetres. There is weekly give aways to add to the fun.
