Kaizen Martial Arts Academy
We offer training in Shotokan Karate, Jiu Jitsu, Okinawan Kobudo and Kickboxing. There is a strong family friendly culture within the Academy.

Pontyslot - Slot Car Club
We race Scalextric type cars on a purpose built 135 foot wooden track. The Club is situated in Ackworth and we meet every Monday evening from 19:30.

Specialised training in Modern Combatives as used by specialist Law Enforcement and Military units
The class will be held by a qualified instructor who can draw upon REAL LIFE EXPERIENCES
