Kaizen Martial Arts Academy
We offer training in Shotokan Karate, Jiu Jitsu, Okinawan Kobudo and Kickboxing. There is a strong family friendly culture within the Academy.

Pontyslot - Slot Car Club
We race Scalextric type cars on a purpose built 135 foot wooden track. The Club is situated in Ackworth and we meet every Monday evening from 19:30.

Junior Underwater Hockey (Octopush) Club, Dukinfield Pool, Friday Evenings 18:30 - 19:30, available for ALL persons aged 8-16 yrs
Totley Athletics Club
Running club for all abilties of runner. We organise 5 fell races a year and most club members are more keen on fell running than road running
BigSpirituality Talks at MMU - Autumn Season
Starting on 25th September, BigSpirituality talks return to MMU for the Autumn Season. Fortnightly on Tuesdays from 7pm to 8.45pm at Room 335, Geoffrey Manton Building, Oxford Road (opposite Aquatics Centre). £3 on the door - all welcome. BigSpirituality Talks are run on a not-for-profit basis to create a platform for local interest.

4 December - Open Session - meet Joyce and Elaine who run the talks and share their spiritual journey. We will discuss our hopes for the future and welcome your input.

With the Manchester Lightning Youth Bowling Club
We now have 30+ members, boys and girls aged between 8 and 18 years, who compete in leagues each Saturday morning and join in a countrywide tournament calendar.
Free instruction by qualified, licensed B.T.B.A instructors.
Come along any Saturday morning at 9:45 am till 12. At the Hollywood bowl, Ashton Moss Leisure Park, Manchester. Map
The YBC is a member of the National Association of Youth Bowling Clubs and the league is sanctioned by the B.T.B.A.
