If you are serious about improving your health and losing weight then come and join the 12 week Community Weight Loss Challenge in Darlington, Co Durham.

You will learn about nutrition, healthy eating, how to lose weight and keep it off. Each week you will be weighed, measured and have a body fat test. Each participant will be assigned their own personal weight loss coach who will give free help and advice for the duration of the course. There will be a small prize for the person who has lost the most weight each week (based on a percentage of their initial weight) - and at the end of the 12 weeks the BIGGEST LOSER wins £300! - there is a 2nd prize of £200 and a 3rd prize of £100, prizes based on 30 participants.
Places are limited to 30 per class so please call to reserve your place as soon as possible. The classes are just £39 for the whole 12 weeks.

Dram & Singing Group which meet at Wingate Community Centre on Thursday Evenings, 4.30 till 5.15 aged 4-7 yrs old, 5.30 - 7.15 aged 7-16 yrs old. Donations of £2 per session. Tuition delivered by Melting Pot Arts, working to develop skills in all aspects of Theatre diciplines using a variety of material, led by the group and supported by the team. Fun and energetic learning with lots of extras during school holidays. Booking essential.

Hartlepool Arriba! Wellness Club starts at 6.45 pm at the Brierton Community Sports Centre on Tuesday the 5th May. Places are limited to 40 per class so please call to reserve your place as soon as possible. Just £39 for the whole 12 weeks, (13 classes) proceeds are given back as prize money.
