TONING CLASS- I LOVVVE this half an hour blast full body toning class and so will you! ( using mats and weights provided ) its a challenging class that will really tone up those arms, legs, bums and tums. Its a great appertiser before the Zumba and gets the metabolism up and running for the cardio class following.
ZUMBA-Zumba is a truely amazing way to lose weight and feel great!!!! You will dance those extra pounds off whilst having great fun, learning to Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaton, Samba, and sooo many more! I also love to chuck a few of my fav chart tunes from the likes of Rhianna, J-LO, Shakira ect and even a little Bob Marley!!! So what you waiting for? The French Game of Petanque, popularly known as Boules, is played right here in Solihull, at Blossomfield Sports Club, Widney Lane, Solihull, B91 3JY.
