Typically, a personal coaching programme consists of six sessions held over a period of three months, with each session lasting between 50 and 90 minutes. The sessions are scheduled at the time of setting the contract. Longer and shorter programmes can also be arranged depending on individual needs. We will have an initial discussion to find out what you are looking for and to manage expectations. If we agree to proceed a contract is set up with terms and conditions of the programme. The coaching is inclusive since it can be conducted over the phone, or face to face in London.
