In this case, it's the building of a 'community village', sponsored by the Bournville Village Trust, which aims to create a community in the Lightmoor area with a 'village feel' to it. A new school is being built at the same time as the housing, along with open spaces, wooded areas, and small pools.

Dist:0.6km<br/>Stocking Farm was one of three farms in the Lightmoor area, left undeveloped by Telford until 2009 or 2010. The main farm buildings are now in the process of conversion and improvement, but I don't rate the chances of this small cottage lasting too long.

Dist:0.6km<br/>Another pub to let, well off the beaten track. There simply aren't the local drinkers to keep these pubs alive, and passing trade is negligible.

Dist:0.6km<br/>This straight old road is now bypassed on the way from Wellington to Jiggers Bank and Coalbrookdale. The cottages along it pre-date the present elevated road surface and a railing has been erected to prevent folk falling off the road onto the pavement.
