Dist:0.6km north<br/>Substantial detached houses, with basements, in Long Ditton on the former main road between London and Portsmouth. This road is now the A307 (Kingston - Esher) while the Portsmouth road (A3) is now a multi-lane by-pass around Kingston upon Thames.

Dist:0.7km east<br/>Former Courage pub that appears to open on the owners whim. An email I was kindly sent on 29th Nov 07 informs me that this pub has been given a new lease of life as a community pub and is now worthy of a visit to sample Youngs and Fullers beers and convivial conversation!

Dist:0.8km north<br/>New hotel development on the busy main road from Kingston to Esher. It has a prime site, overlooking a marina, the River Thames and Hampton Court Park.
