Dist:0.2km<br/>Morrisons Supermarket was built on part of the site of the Sentinel Waggon Works and this piece of marquetry was installed in the cafe to commemorate this. Unfortunately part of the work has now been obscured by some of the cafe equipment.

Dist:0.4km<br/>The frontage of the former Sentinel Waggon Works at Ditherington. The company had a long and illustrious history, originally being formed as a subsidiary of a Glasgow-based manufacturer of steam-powered vehicles around 1915. The site was in due course taken over by Rolls Royce, who also produced the Perkins diesel engines here for a long while.
