It has paraffin, tractor derv and potatoes by the ton. There is a complete supermarket, off-licence and post office. It is the modern equivalent of the community centre, set on the A465/B4348 crossroads 5 miles south-west of Hereford. With a bit of luck it will remain so in spite of the relentless march of Tesco and their ilk.
